Arcade progression deleted

Okay, so I had a problem with the game making my GPU scream on splash screens due to uncapped frames. I posted another thread about it https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Buzzing-or-grinding-noise-when-starting-the-game/m-p/6511224#M6559

The problem was solved, thankfully. But before resolving the issue, I had a surge on my computer due to the uncapped frames on the splash screen, causing it to BSOD and reboot. This happened while loading a match and once I got back to the game, I noticed all my Arcade Scenarios were on 0/24 - 0/24 again. I had done at least half of each (good guys/bad guys.)

I am not sure if I lost anything else. Is there any way to recover this?
