Hey guys! Recently I wanted to play some BF2 because I was bored so I go to launch the game as usual. When I click the icon on my desktop, both origin and epic games launch like normal but the game itself doesn't launch. It says running on epic games so that's what confused me. I've tried many things. I've reinstalled the game twice, repaired the game 3 times, delete origin and epic games and redownloaded them, and I did a clean boot. No success, I'm really bummed and any help would be much appreciated. Oh yeah I also tried downloading mods earlier before the problem and they didn't work so I just deleted them, I then launched the game after I deleted the mods and it worked fine but the next day (problem just started) it decides not to launch. Maybe the mods messed up my game I have no clue, I'm kind of new to pcs so I don't know everything.
