I have this problem too, but for me this problem looks like it is being triggered by running with the AT-ST. When I am not running with my AT-ST the grenade launcher works, however when I try to run and use the grenade launcher at the same time the grenades will not be fired. Maybe even walking with the AT-ST can trigger this bug.
