I've been playing Co-Op with the AT-ST a lot recently, because of the Out of Bounds BUGs associated with Vehicles, and the Grenade Launcher didn't fail me once.
How often do you see this happening on your playtests?
From what I can gather, it looks like @Zerstorung689 was right. It's got something to do with the FAST RECHARGE card. It doesn't seem to work properly. If you launch the grenades, wait for it to reset, and fire again, it won't fire, just go into cooldown. You have to wait for it to cooldown, wait a few more seconds, and then fire. It will work then. Without this card, it works fine.
