If you're on PC, can you try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "Repair" to see if that has any effect? If not, include a DxDiag for us if you can and double-check to see if you have any pending Windows updates. It's possible a driver is outdated and the update triggered this to start happening.

I see that your Realtek audio driver is from 2015. Can you try updating that to see if your audio static goes away?
