Autoscrolling
I am in game and in menus is just always auto scrolls up, I have switched keyboards mouses the keys are not pressed in and it only happens in the game. I can find a definitive solution anywhere else.

Make sure you don't have a controller plugged in while using keyboard/mouse.
If you don't have a controller plugged in and it's still happening, disable any keyboard/mouse software to see if that helps.
I have tried this and it still continues to happen, I've used different keyboards, it also appears to be the W key that its doing it with as in game I just auto run forward. Any other fixes?
a couple more ideas...
- turn off any overlays (e.g. including the one in EA app) for the time being
- reset key bindings in the game. You may need to unplug keyboard and do with mouse if autoscrolling is getting in the way.
I will also state the obvious...
Make sure all your drivers and your BIOS are up to date.
You can also attach a DXDIAG report to see if anyone spots anything funky.
