Banned Accountd

I need help from a real person. I’ve tried sending a message via email route, and keep getting what seem like automated responses, and they’re not helpful.

My boys and I have been banned on one of our accounts, and the claim is that we cheated. I know for a fact we haven’t, and I’m very frustrated to be accused of it. When I asked to be given a specific way in which we have cheated, I just get told that the ban will not be rescinded. 

We do not even know how to cheat, and have no desire to cheat. If I were to find out my boys were cheating, they’d be in trouble with me. I don’t allow that. Both of them are 12 years old, and yes, kids that age are capable, but I know that they don’t have the computer knowledge to cheat on Battlefront, and they don’t want to… they get as frustrated as I do when others cheat… which is why I don’t play heroes versus villains, Blast, Galactic Assault, and Hero Showdowns. I stick to Co-ops, because there’s alot less cheating there.

I don’t know where else to go to find help for this problem. We are not cheaters, and I’m asking for our account to be restored, more for the sake of my boys than me… thanks in advance

    I’ve done that, and it was useless. That’s why I came here. There is no case when you cannot have a conversation with them. They only re-iterate that they decided to ban you. There is no conversation allowing a dispute. It is merely just a complaint wall. A real case involves conversing… not restating same answer over and over, which is all they have done. If this does not get resolved, I’ll never buy another game from them again. It is obvious from complaints that I see from others that I’m not the only one who is suffering from this mistake that they’ve made. They’re pushing their customers out the door.
