I’ve done that, and it was useless. That’s why I came here. There is no case when you cannot have a conversation with them. They only re-iterate that they decided to ban you. There is no conversation allowing a dispute. It is merely just a complaint wall. A real case involves conversing… not restating same answer over and over, which is all they have done. If this does not get resolved, I’ll never buy another game from them again. It is obvious from complaints that I see from others that I’m not the only one who is suffering from this mistake that they’ve made. They’re pushing their customers out the door.
