Banned from SW BF2 and have no idea why
Wondering if anyone can give me any idea what might be going on.
My 11yr old son purchased Star Wars BF 2 from the Playstation store to play on the PS4. A whole bunch of characters were greyed out, requiring an EA account.
I set one up for the first time, it connected, downloaded the extra content fine. We then played one or 2 games PvP and turned it off.
The very next time we tried to play it we got a message saying that my account had been banned. I went to the EA website and saw that I had been banned for violation of ToS.
For what? I raised a ticket and got a reply saying that it had been investigated and the ban was being upheld. So I raised another ticket. And got another reply stating "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.
Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account"
Anyone got any idea what this could be be about? Have I been hacked? The total gameplay on the game was probably less than a couple of hours and ZERO online services were accessed in this time; no chats, no online campaigns, no cheats.
Seems to be a common problem with this service. What a joke.
