Battlefront 2 beta codes
I pre ordered two copies of the Elite version through Amazon but only received one Beta code. How do I resolve this? Spoke to Amazon and they said I had to contact EA....spent over an hour on hold! No...

Community Admin@MeanMachine1180 Hi, I'm pretty sure Amazon should have had the 2nd code, you can try them again, and hopefully there'll be a code for you.
If you have no luck with this can you check back here tomorrow, hopefully we'll have something in place to get folks in.

- Approved*update* So far, the best Amazon came up with was that because I ordered two copies under one order number, that was the reason I only received one Beta code. Their resolution was to cancel one and made re-order it straight away in the hope that I will receive the code in the next 24hrs.
When I expressed my concern about it being passed the cut off date for early beta access and the fact that if it does not work it then only leaves less than 24hrs to resolve this for my son....who might I add has been waiting a very long time for this, he has played Battlefront from the launch of the first one on PS4, he has Autism, and this is going to cause me hell if I don't get sorted!- EA_David
Thank you for the update. Once the Beta goes live we should have a way to ensure that those who pre-ordered can get in as appropriate.
Hopefully Amazon can get the code to you, but if it doesn't come by 8AM UTC tomorrow can you check back here or on help.ea.com
