battlefront 2 bug or hardware error?

Idk but just recently i have been experiencing this weird glitch where everyone including me becomes invisible, I cannot shoot, nor use abilities. If I leave the game I am suck in an infinite loading screen so I force close the game. After this origin becomes very unusable, It thinks the game is still running even if i use task manager. Now origin is bugged so i attempt to close the menu using task manager but I am still unable to for origin, then forced to reset pc. is this a hardware issue or is it a bug? please lmk because its getting annoying
