Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition not working

I know there is another(Already closed) topic about this problem. But no one offered a solution to this issue and all they said was to visit the Q&A section which leads to everything BUT the solution to this problem. Is EA dodging this issue because they don't know how to fix it? I just purchased it on Xbox and the new content will not appear. I've tried everything. 

Does anyone who isn't just going to direct me to a bunch of already asked non relative questions know how to fix this issue? Thank you
