Battlefront 2 code redeemed but not showing up in games library!

I redeemed SW battlefront 2 code but the game won't show up in my games library. I have restarted my PC, logged out and back into origin and still nothing. I have tried redeeming the code again but it sates it's been correctly used. Any ideas?

I read the following below,
If you pre-ordered games on the Origin Store website, you will not see them in your Origin client order history before the game launches. Check your order history online to view these purchases.

@xxyzl @Sureshot77 I had a look at your accounts and can see that both of you have the game. Can you check that your filtered settings to ensure that you have set your Origin to filter games and ended up hiding the game?

@EA_Darko @c2a2f2b7f1ca3466 @Sureshot77I ended up calling JB-HI-Fi to see if by chance my pre-order was missing the game code or if my contents were mixed up, turns out the actual game code is on the back-side of the warranty page at the bottom! I'm blind as a bat haha so I overlooked it. I was redeeming the Kylo Ren and Rey DLC even though the code said "SWBF2 ANZ/PC" and looks like the game code flyer so it was very misleading. I've since successfully installed and run the game but it seems a few others have similar issues with it not coming up at all after a correct code redemption..
