Battlefront 2 crashes on launch screen

So Battlefront 2 has been crashing after the loading screen for a few weeks now, I was hoping the new update would resolve the issue however it did not. I've tried all solutions provided here along w...

    And like I said, it's not a good idea to post MSInfo on a public forum, so I removed the file, but took a look at it first and I might have found the culprit here.

    You can see this line in your report:

    4/6/2019 2:42 AM Windows Error Reporting Fault bucket 1994058406729552487, type 5
Event Name: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Problem signature:
P1: starwarsbattlefrontii.exe

    Which points out to the issues with RAM. I would suggest to run a MemTest86 (or a similar test) to check if it will come up with any RAM errors. Also make sure to run the System Update Readiness tool.

Once again, thanks for being so detailed and checking out so many steps so far!

I've seen that you've talked with our live support already and I was hoping to find your MSInfo file attached to the case, but I saw just crash dumps instead. MSInfo would be quite useful in determining what might be causing the crashes on your PC, but unfortunately I cannot ask you to post it on the forum for security reasons.

In this situation it would be great if you could re-open the case on EA Help and attach the required file there. You'll find instructions on how to generate it and add it to the case here. 

Our game advisers will be able to check it then. If you let me know here when you update the case, I'll take a look as well 🙂

    @EA_Ataashi  I've started another chat with a live agent and uploaded the relevant files and uploaded the msinfo file here as well.
