Origin In-Game can be disabled by clicking on Origin in the top left corner of your client>Application Settings.
It looks like you could use a new driver for your video card which can be downloaded through the GeForce Experience or directly from Nvidia's site. That may fix this for you, too.
Have you tried right-clicking on the game in Origin to repair it or reinstalled?
On my side, I only observe a very low framerate in the emote menu. My DxDiag is in attachment, no Origin in-game, GPU driver is up-to-date, and my service list is quite clear:
only Microsoft services + Nvidia Local System Container + Nvidia Display Container LS + Realtek Audio Universal Service
I'm lazy, I won't reinstall something just for a framerate drop in this section ... I hope you'll understand 🙂
I did it several times on Naboo CS update because my game launch was broken. For the little story, it wasn't the install but the services.

I have low framerate in the emote/voice line menu as well. But only with lighsaber wielding heroes.
