Battlefront 2 Customization menu broken. PC

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Trying to customize Darth Vader emotes and voice line, screen goes entirely black with mouse on screen when selected. I've restarted game and this has only happened since the update today. Stop breaking things with patches?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to customization menu and change Vader's voice lines
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen goes black
What do you expect to see? The customization screen

On my side, I only observe a very low framerate in the emote menu. My DxDiag is in attachment, no Origin in-game, GPU driver is up-to-date, and my service list is quite clear:
only Microsoft services + Nvidia Local System Container + Nvidia Display Container LS + Realtek Audio Universal Service
I'm lazy, I won't reinstall something just for a framerate drop in this section ... I hope you'll understand 🙂
I did it several times on Naboo CS update because my game launch was broken. For the little story, it wasn't the install but the services.

I have low framerate in the emote/voice line menu as well. But only with lighsaber wielding heroes.

Updated my graphic card --> didn't work
setting the game on borderless --> it worked somehow

@slimecarpet Thank you very much, this is a short fix! Hope EA/Dice can fix the bug properly soon, thanks for the help.

About framerate drop, the borderless option changes nothing for me. I confirm that it happens only with the lightsaber characters. Emote menu for commandos, officers... works fine.
