Battlefront 2 doesnt save settings

Battlefront 2 doesnt save any settings, ability cards, skins or anything I have customized in game so I have to reapply everything everytime I try to play the game. I have tried deleting the bf2 folder in my documents and running the game and ea app as administrator. I also was going to try to disable cloud saving but thanks to eas outstanding app design its not an option in the ea app so cant do that.
