Battlefront 2 duplicate star cards did not give any credit.

I just can‘t understand how such an error can be ignored by EA for so long and for many users.

I agree with @mysweetescape13. It's getting more and more difficult to lie to myself that I am having fun playing this game. I have tried to just push through some milestones to distract myself from the overall weight of this duplicate issue. I have friends who have given up because of this error. I do feel like we are totally forgotten here. Aren't we just as important as any other section of the gaming public? I got on today hoping beyond hope that this error was fixed. To get a "secret" crate or whatever the hell it was called that was a measly 1000 credits. I opened up a crate and lost 1000 credits on duplicates. I am beginning to think EA has no clue how to fix this at all. I hate to say it, but even if they fix it now, the damage is done and there is no real way to fix the scar that has festered and infected my Star Wars universe.

And we have been posting the most, @Paodok about every single issue, this being the top one. I even did the unthinkable, just to solve this horrible disaster. I opened a new email account, configured that new email account by joining Xbox Live. And if you look at KryptoSpeedster, I have associated this new account with a new EA Access account adding it to , well you already know since I have mentioned it so bloody much I have only played one game "STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II ELITE TROOPER DELUXE EDITION with this account.

So since then I purchased a BRAND NEW XBOX ONE X.. and it gets worse.

So with this brand new Star Wars Battlefront II Deluxe Trooper Edition, I installed the entire program first. Then I restarted my XBOX ONE X, Then I downloaded and installed the updates which took three hours, which was only 16.4Gb on a 100mbps fiber optic Internet Service Provider. So I started playing and yet I get hit with 18 separate glithes, bugs, and report them to EA, which does nothing.

But for the past week, dealing with (0x8027025a) with no help from EA.. except one comment from a community manager who told me to get lens cleaner. Of which I was extremely angry and frustrated that EA would even suggest such a thing. Does anyone "actually" read the posts at all, I mean seriously!

And another hour wasted from EA Help over chat, I mean this person is of such a low tier, in my opinion was not qualified to be in a call center to help anyone. So finally I am over it! This morning with about 50 pages of documentation, I screamed and yelled at a Microsoft Specialist since I was so angry I had no other choice but to return this, all because of one single game. 

I am so over it.

I really like the game and played it almost every day since the release. Credits are so hard earned in the game and loosing a few hundred on duplicates every time you use the credits to buy crates is just unaccepable.

I remember buying EA titles since owning a C64 and Amiga 1000, but i never ever felt so ignored on a known bug like this time.

@mysweetescape13  I appreciate how hard you have worked and the fact you have posted each day. I know it takes a lot to give your free time up to post in hopes of a fix and response. I believe we all want this fix sooner than later and I just hope it's not to late that it leaves many of us with such a sour taste in our mouth that we inevitably cannot walk back the damage done.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Puchase a Microsoft Xbox One Console, Xbox One S Console, XBox One X Console. Subscribe to fiber or coaxial Internet provider service. Plug in console to HDMI compatible LCD OLED TV. Unpack, setup console with Microsoft Wired or Wireless Controller, Purchase, download, install Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition for Xbox Console. Create Xbox Live account, associate Xbox Live Account to a new EA account creating with the same email address. Utilizing that sole email address, configure Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition for Xbox Console Play the game, earn battlepoints that decrease value in an proprietary EA algorithm to provided value associated with points accumulating to increase Career Level. What happens when the bug occurs? Every "duplicate" card is not credited with the amount presented, ie: 200 credits, 400 credits, 600 credits since patch 1.0. Now with the increased value of 300 credits, 600 credits, 900 credits, 3600 credits, its beyond absurd.
What do you expect to see? Per STATEMENT of Release Notes - Patch 1.2 provided by Electronic Arts General Improvements and Bug Fixes:: Fixed an issue where players would not receive credits for duplicate star cards - Players who encountered this issue previously will retroactively be awarded with the proper amounts of credits over time. Increased Credit payout for duplicate items - Common – From 200 to 300 - Uncommon – From 400 to 600 - Rare – From 800 to 900 - Epic – From 1200 to 3600 The User Interface UI DISPLAYS the newly increased value, but still withholds payment of said credit to current player account

! Still NOT FIXED !

Thank you for giving the crates to earn back the missed credits in upgrades. But the Solo update messed it up again! I still had 84 crates left to open, and after the update the crates are gone. Why that? There was nothing that said the crates will only last for a while.. please give them back..unfortunatly i spent my money on the looks, so i couldn‘t open all crates as they appeared, but it keeps the game getting played. Now they‘re gone ☹️
