Summarize your bug My character is stuck looking down and if you inverse the controls it is stuck looking up. I have tried multiple mice so the problem isn't the mouse I have also tried to repair the game files but the problem is still there.

I found a solution for this. I had an old vJoy (controller) driver installed from a while back. Uninstalled the driver. Fixed the issue.
If you're having this issue I would look at what controller drivers you have installed.
