Battlefront 2 intro bug

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the game ☹️ However, I'd be very grateful if you could answer to a few more questions, so we would know more about the problem.

Could you tell us:

• on which platform do you play;
• when have you noticed this bug started occurring (when you got the game or after one of the updates);
• have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

I appraciate your response.

I play on PC

It happened on day one when I bought the game.

To this day, even then shutting down my PC and closing out of the game, it still happens, no voices in the intros. 

So how do I do all that?
