Do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I play over wireless connection to my xbox. I have done the power cycle as explained multiple times now with no success, i have wired my xbox and had no success. (I used to work in IT troubleshooting myself and know the usual rundown.)I have done every possible fix or step on my end and i can only be led to believe that there are issues with the servers.
I have no problems playing other online multiplayer games, even other recent EA titles (NFS Heat). Battlefront 2 seems to be unplayable at the moment.
If it helps i am in a semi-rural area on Bell Fibe network.

Thanks for the details. Would you be able to switch to a wired connection to see if it makes a difference? Wireless is the biggest reason we see lag and disconnects so that would be a good place to start.

We all know the steps to take to check our equipment. I am on High Speed Cable 100mp and use ethernet. It lags and rubber bands bad! I can log into other online games and smooth as glass. Checked my Ping and speed test all great! Fix your servers EA Thanks!

Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot me the results? Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/.
