Battlefront 2 Loadouts not saving

I've had this problem since January. Every time I turn the game off the star card/weapon loadouts for each of the classes resets to the default. I still have all of my achievements unlocked, but I have to go through and re-select them for every single character/Hero. This problem is really really annoying to have to deal with every single time. Please let me know if there is some way to fix this.

    Hey @bschnurr44 Sweet, that is a good start. 

    I want you to turn of cloud sync on your origin and then move the battlefront 2 folder out of documents after that is done, start the game up. Make a loadout and then play a game of any mode, after that is done quit the game and then restart the pc and then go back into the game and see if it's saved the loadout.

    @EA_Atic Hello, I am having this same issue but i have tried almost everything in the book and nothing has worked. I have been trying to fix this for countless nights to no avail. I have even reinstalled Origin and BF2. I would really like some help with my situation. Everytime I load BF2 the settings and loadouts are reset. I am looking at the Documents folder but there is no settings folder. What do I do?

    Played the game since release had no problems. Took a small break all my loadouts were gone too, tried to reinstall the game and the origin client didnt work. Turned off cloud etc nothing have worked so far.. Is this something new?

    Hello there!

    If files are not saving inside the document settings folder for Battlefront 2, a program or windows is blocking SWBF2 to write in there. Make sure that anti-virus or firewall are not blocking SWBF2.
