Yeah I agree the Officer is still OP in my opinion too (although easy Battlepoints if you're using them)
Can't say I agree with the Specialist though. Being able to cloak and melee is part of the point of them.
They die so easily so gotta give them something.
😃
The Officer is good, I would not say OP, since each class has its so called OP thing for certain players. However, what I think officer needs is dependence on the team to make it trully support unit. Now you can play the officer solo, with no team for miles. But that is the problem of the whole class system, that the units are actually independent and not a team dependent. I think reworking this is pointless for this game, but should be considered for future BF games. Just an example of clear dependence on other players is BF 2 original, where you have LAAT gunship in space carrying friendly soldiers by a pilot, and all of them have to COOPERATE instead of COMPETE... this is btw the reason, why people are so salty towards each other in BF games. If the cooperation is made in a way, that not cooperating will damage not only the goals of the team, but also the player, people would cooperate. Instead, the game is kind of cooperative, but more than anything is intrateam competitive, probably due to point system.
I have to agree with @SnowmanHD about the specialist. The close quarter infiltration tactic is good, but not unbeatable. I recommend turning off the in game music, that way you will hear most of the steps. People are always surprised I can hear them, well I am a PUBG player, hearing the enemy is half of the success1
