Battlefront 2 PC recent frame rate drops.

So far starters, here's my Rig : I9 9900k @ 4.9 all core 24/7

                                                  EVGA FTW 2080TI +100core/+900mem

                                                  32gig Trident Z DDR 4 @ 3200mhz

                                                   Samsung 960pro NVME M.2 2TB

                                                   Corsair 1500W 90+ Titanum PSU

                                                  Current windows 10, Current Nvidia drivers

So I've been playing BF2 since release with this rig @ 4k Ultra DX12 anywhere from 60 -90 fps .Took a break for a few months playing other games and came back yesterday to jump back in. Every game mode is a frame rate mess, anywhere from 20 -30 fps. I've rebooted several times, checked all the other games I play, BFV, Red Dead 2, Star Citizen....all heavy graphical hitters and no problems running 4k ultra on them.

 Strangely, I ran the Kamino 64 player map earlier today and it ran fine for one match. I came back about 2 hours later and the same map was at 20 -30 fps again and a subsequent reboot didnt fix the issue.

Anyone else experience this just with this game of late?
