@XxDragonBorn02 Make sure so you dont have an VPN on. Also check if you have "Sharing data" (Something like that it is called) on. It seems like the database isnt saving you. Same with the settings but on PC the settings saves via files on the computer. I dont really know how Consoles works tho.

The options MarexFPS shared may help out as this could be related to the cloud service not saving your settings, though you're not losing any actual content.
I would check through Microsoft's cloud save page in that regard to see if those steps may help as well. Just be sure you're exiting the game normally when ending a session so any changes you make are properly saved.
Going through the following steps can also help out in situations where the game installation or settings aren't properly saving.
- press the Xbox button on your controller.
- go to System and choose Settings.
- choose Devices & streaming.
- choose Blu-ray.
- choose Clear Persistent Storage.
Aside from that, the last few steps in particular over on this troubleshooting page may be worth a shot as they're not among the steps you've already tried.
