Battlefront 2 redeem code

I receive this morning an email with a key code for the closed Alpha of Battlefront II.

I opened Origin, clicked on "Origin" > "Use a product code". A little pop-up show, have a loading spinner for some time and then noting else.

I tried the second solution: do it through the site.

I opened the browser, logged in and go to "Redeem Product code".
Again, I can't enter the code, see the picture below:

What can I do?
