Battlefront 2 stuck in russian

I cannot for the life of me figure out why the game is stuck in russian ui language. I have never associated my account with russian or anything like that, but its stuck in russian. I have the game on 3 platforms now, Origin, Steam and Epic Games, and no matter what each platform the game is stuck in russian. When i install with origin and change the language to english or any language for that matter, it just stays in russian. Same as steam, nothing changes. It has been like this for ages now, and I cannot fix it or play the game as a result.
