Persistent Empty Lobby Loop and Error 1071 PC

Hello, I have had a matchmaking issue in SW Battlefront II PC for 2 days. I am stuck in empty lobbies (17-19 players needed) in Supremacy Clone Wars, while my friend finds full matches easily. Joining a friend's party results in a kick or Error Code 1071. 

I have already tried these steps with no success:
- Changed Ping Sites (Germany/Virginia) and used Offline/Online trick.
- Reset user profile by deleting the Documents folder.
- Disabled IPv6 and EA App Overlay.
- Synchronized Windows Time and Date.
- Cleared EA App Cache (App Recovery).
- Checked Firewall/Antivirus and ISP Safe Internet filters.

Despite this, I am still isolated in empty servers. It seems my account is stuck in a bad matchmaking instance or there is a handshake failure. Can you please check my account status or perform a manual synchronization on your end?

    Thanks for posting what you've tried.

    You mean error code 1017, and the message is the same as this post,  correct?

    If so, you'll obviously want to search this forum for "1017".

    BTW - To have someone address account issues, you'll need to contact EA support directly. No one in this forum will be able to do that.

    Yes i do get this message but my issue is not being able to join matches that people plays in. The game sends me to empty lobbies and make me wait for years

    depends on the modes you play and at what time
