Battlefront 2 suggestions
Star Wars is a vast universe that extends beyond the films to include comics, fan fiction, and much more. There are many great characters from video games, such as Cal Kestis, Kay Vess, and those from the KOTOR series. I would like to see these characters included in Battlefront 2, instead of waiting for Battlefront 3. If you want to add them as downloadable content (DLC), that works for me. At least we would be getting something new. You mentioned that free updates are no longer available, so incorporating these characters as DLC would provide new content for players and generate revenue for you!
Darth Malgus
Darth Malgus stands out as one of the most formidable and captivating characters in the Star Wars universe. His ruthless assault on the Jedi Temple is a testament to his power and ambition—slaughtering numerous Jedi and particularly besting the legendary Ven Zallow, renowned as the greatest duelist of his era. His imposing figure exudes intimidation, and his mastery of the Dark Side makes him a perfect candidate for Battlefront 2. Imagine the thrill of battling against or alongside him in the game!
For his skins, we could have a diverse array that captures the essence of his character. One skin could feature his iconic mask and hood, embodying the mystery and menace he brings to any confrontation. Another option could present him without the hood, highlighting his masked visage more prominently. A third skin might strip away the mask but keep the hood, allowing players to see the intensity in his eyes as he channels the Dark Side. Finally, a skin without either the mask or hood would give players a raw vision of Malgus—one that could deepen their engagement with the character’s layered narrative.
Darth Revan
Revan is one of the most legendary figures in Star Wars lore, straddling the line between Jedi and Sith with an enigmatic story that has captivated fans for decades. His duality—having fought on both sides of the Force—adds immense depth to his character. As the mentor to Darth Malak and a master of lightsaber combat, Revan’s inclusion in Battlefront 2 would not only enrich the game but also entice long-time fans of the franchise.
Picture Revan wielding his iconic dual lightsabers, a sight that would thrill players as they navigate the battlefield. His skins could include a classic Jedi robe for nostalgia, a Sith armor set that highlights his dark legacy, and perhaps a unique set from the Knights of the Old Republic game, showcasing his evolution as a character. The potential for deep lore integration with Revan's character would be an incredible boon for the game, drawing in players who crave that connection to the rich history of the Star Wars galaxy.
Darth Nihilus
Dubbed the Lord of Hunger, Darth Nihilus is more than just a character; he is an embodiment of power and despair. His spectral form and haunting design are unforgettable, making him a striking presence in Battlefront 2. Possessing the ability to drain the life from entire planets, Nihilus’s motivations and chilling backstory would provide a unique gameplay experience that players would love.
Though his voice acting in KOTOR may be debated, the sheer visual impact of his character remains unparalleled. In Battlefront 2, he could wield a unique lightsaber, unleashing devastating abilities that reflect his powers of consumption and control. His skins could feature his traditional robes to emphasize his ethereal nature, along with variations that give a nod to his evolution throughout various narratives in the Star Wars Expanded Universe.
Asajj Ventress
Asajj Ventress remains one of the most memorable characters to emerge from the Clone Wars, embodying the complexities of the Dark Side while also showcasing formidable combat skills. Her dual lightsabers, often clashing with both Anakin and Obi-Wan, make her a thrilling addition to the game. Ventress’s agility and ferocity in battle would translate excitingly to gameplay, offering players a chance to engage in dynamic combat sequences.
Her skins could reflect the various stages of her evolution—one based on her appearance in the Animated Clone Wars series, where the lack of dialogue emphasizes her lethal demeanor, a second skin from the more recognizable 3D Clone Wars series, and a third inspired by her sleek bounty hunter attire that evokes both danger and elegance. Finally, a skin from The Bad Batch series could encapsulate her character’s itinerant nature as a lone traveler, adding even further variety to her playstyle.
Savage Opress
Savage Opress is a prime example of raw power and primal fury in the Star Wars universe. As an untrained warrior who embraces a more marauder-like fighting style, Savage’s addition to Battlefront 2 would bring an exhilarating approach to combat. His legacy as a relentless antagonist, having killed numerous Jedi before meeting his end at the hands of Sidious, cements his reputation as a relentless force of destruction.
His skin would primarily showcase his menacing armored form, emphasizing his brutish strength and combat prowess. Imagine engaging in close-quarters combat with opponents, using Savage’s unique abilities to dominate the battlefield with aggressive melee moves. Players would appreciate both the challenge and the thrill of unleashing his might against their foes.
Cad Bane
Just, why not? Just why not? He has a few variants that could be useful.
Magma Guard
Those would make a excellent addition to our supporter collection. Two skins, the ones with the hood, and ones without.
Sith Acolyte
Now, hear me out. Cost, 2000, health, stronger than most, but weaker than main heros. Stamina, about same. Have a few variants, maybe 3 or 4. This Saber weirder could be useful, and if you pare him with another character I have in store, it would be great!!! We need more lightsaber fights in this game.
Sith Marauder
A Sith marauder would do more damage than a Acolyte, and cost 3000. A minor hero. Maybe they drain more stamina.
Sith Trooper.
The backbone of the Sith Empire. Would be great to see a Sith Empire faction. Just imagine how many players it could draw. Sith troopers could have a few variants.
Knights of Ren
We all hoped these boys would play a much greater role. But they didn't. They disappointed us. They made us feel disregarded. But, with them in Battlefront 2, we could have much more fun with these bumbling bozos. Now, these could be a skin for the Marauder or Acolyte, and to do you one better, have a Inquisitor as another skin!!!!
Umbaran Militia
These guys were the stuff of nightmares. Their overpowered guerrilla Warfare tactics, their advanced technology, and scary powerful weaponry. Just imagine, we must have these as a militia on a map on Umbara. Even if it's just one map, they fight with the Separatists, and they get all their amazing vehicles.
Those Underwater Super Battle Droids.
Not as a actual character, but just a skin!!!
Mandalorian and Vilsa.
The mandalorians would be a great addition. And guess what?!? You just got to retexture Boba Fett, add a arm shield, slightly more health than your average trooper, with maybe a chance for blaster deflection, and you got a Mandalorian. Skin wise, add a death watch, and Maul armor. Then, for Visla, have the Darksaber as his melee weapon, and his blasters for range. Variants, Death Watch.
Now, for the lightside.
Cal Kestas.
He made a great character in Jedi, Fallen Order, and Survivor. Having him in Battlefront with the 1st game and 2nd game skins would be great!!!
Ven Zallow.
More KOTOR characters must be added. More video game characters. Ven would be a great character, and his skin would be amazing!!
Ahsoka.
No explanation. Apprentice skin, and season finale varient.
332nd Legion. Great skin, and just fix the helm of the. 501st, and you get ot!!! Not so hard!!! Well, maybe, I don't know anything on making skins. But just use the 501st as a base.
Jedi Padowan: now, this would balance out against the Acolyte. Same stats, different abilities. Have a few jedi variants, and different versions for the Old Republic and republic version.
Jedi knight
Same as the Marauder. Few different variants for the different time periods.
MANDALORIAN
To balance out with the Dark side Boba Fett. Have his old armor and new armor variants. His sniper as a ability, and his main blaster as his main weapon. For melee, his spear.
Old Republic Trooper.
Backbone of the old republic. These warriors were the Clone troopers of that time. Not actual clones, maybe, but still skilled.
Saw Gererra
The sycopath of the Clone Wars. He cared only of taking out the Sepertists, and then. The Empire, without thinking of the bigger picture. Iconic character, and great skins. His Clone Wars varient, rogue one, and Andor.
Master Qui Gon Jin
He is the OG!!! THE MASTER OF OBI WAN, APPRENTICE, TRAINED BY DOOKU, FOUNDER OF THE CHOSEN ONE!!!!!! His skin would include his jedi varient, robes, and Tatooine attire.
Others would include,
Mace Windu
Kit Fisto
Plo Koon
Ezra Britcher
Shaak Ti
Barest offee
Quinlan Vos
Even Piell
Pong Krell (hero or villain, I don't care
Padme
And much more. Don't just take from the movies, take from Video games, comics, there is so much to be added, and much that could come. Almost an endless roster of characters. Now, for places and game modes.
Multi-player has so many game modes that would be epic. WOULD be, if I can get the right one to play?!?!? I want to play the Geonosis Galactic Assault. But, what do you know, I get Naboo, resistant, Empire, EVERYTHING BUT GEONOSIS!!!!!! And the fact it's only for multi-player, which is going out of business, add these to instant action, and for us cinimadic people, have all modes include a one shot, half health, and double health for all. And the fact you can only have 20 or 28 npc in game modes, it's not that fun. Why not add more. People with powerful consols and PC can handle it. If you could have custom AI matches, you could be fighting 100 vs 100, or for the more powerful computers, 500 vs 500. A thousand total troops!!!!!! Plus, it would be great for watching NPC battles. Now, just imagine, what if your AI squad you have in Instant Action and Team Battle would follow you? Be your own personal guard. And if it's split screen and your on the same side, one follows you, and the other follows the other. If 3 players and one AI, it follows player one. I dunno. It seems good. A game mode I would like to see is Order 66, where you either play as Anakin or a 501st Trooper, storming the temple, where the Jedi Knight and Padawan skins would come in handy. Or, play as the jedi, and keep the temple safe!!!! The Temple Guard as playable characters would be great for this role!!! And we need a mode for single players that takes off the Stamina. It's a good feature, but it gets annoying when you are playing by yourself, or with a friend, and you are a jedi. When you run out of stamina, you are screwed. All those battlepoints wasted. Just add a feature for single player or split screens to remove stamina in the settings.
Maps:
Korriban
Corisaunt
Dagobah
Emporers Throne room.
Senate Building
Exigol
Halls of Leia’s transport ship in New Hope
Halls of a Venator Star Destroyer
I would also like to see some skins for the current heros.
Something I always wanted to see again in a star wars game would be the duel system in the video game Revenge of the Sith. It is known that that game has some, if not THE, best combat system in any Star Wars games. And the best part is the cinimadic feel of it. All the deaths feel cinematic, the way you can lift people up, and then stab them in the necks!!! Truely a peak in star wars combat!!! And let's
Yes, adding more characters would certainly be interesting. However, we're highly unlikely to see any enhancements at this point in the game's lifecycle.
