@ForTheRepub1ic if it is the same issue i had reinstalling windows is the only option
By doing that, it basically wipes everything from the computer correct?
Not if you keep all files and documents
apps are only uninstalled (find in Windows.old)
I ended up reinstalling windows, doesn't seem to have fixed the problem, the application in task manager doesn't show up at all, not even as suspended as it did in the past. Might just have to try and get a refund if I even can.

I did a full reinstall, and unfortunately I bought the game over two weeks ago so I can not get a refund. I just wish I could play it.
