Battlefront beta code doing nothing

Entered code from game stop a month ago. But now it can't download the early beta of battlefront. When I try to re-enter code it says it's already been used. What do I do?

I’ve pre-ordered but there’s a problem with my code for Beta early access

If you're having trouble redeeming your beta early access code on Xbox One, try this workaround:

  1. Make sure you have the Xbox One you want to play on set as your home Xbox, and that it's powered on. 
  2. Copy this URL: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX&ref=AccountMicrosoftCom 
  3. Replace the XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX section with your Beta early access code and paste it into your browser, then hit enter to go to the site (or just use paste and go in the address bar).
  4. Wait a few minutes for the beta client to show under Ready to Install. 
  5. Once it's there, start your download. 

No, I'm having trouble with something else

We can help if:

  • you pre-ordered a physical copy of Star Wars Battlefront II and didn’t get your code in time for Beta early access.
  • you got a code invalid error when you redeemed your Beta early access code.

If either of these happened to you, follow these instructions to contact us so we can help you out.

  1. Set your country to United States using the pull-down menu at the top right of the screen. 
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Pick A game when we ask what you need help with.
  4. Use search and choose Star Wars Battlefront II as your product
  5. Select your platform.
  6. Choose Codes and Promotions as your topic, then Invalid Code as your issue.
    • If you’re playing on PlayStation 4, make sure you choose the correct region from the list.
  7. Fill in your details on the form, then click Email us.
