Battlefront II - multiplayer not working

I am able to play multiplayer on all my games but not on Star Wars battlefront two. I don’t know what the problem is. Can anyone help?

Hello, @ferryjerry917.

Are you absolutely sure you're using the right email address of your EA account? That's one of the main reasons this happens. It could be a different email than the one your PSN ID/Xbox gamertag is on. Something else you can do is change the password on your account at www.origin.com. Another reason this happens is if you've tried to log in too many times. That will lock you out for about 90 minutes.

Can you give me some more details? What exactly is happening when you try to play multiplayer modes in Battlefront 2? Also, what system are you playing on? Thanks!

This happens to me too i do not know why. It just says that my account is not eligible every time I try to sign in on my ps4

I have the same Problem, but i never Used my ea Account in This game and i have never log in my Account... and i cant log in there is no Option where it Shows me a log in Button vor anything...

Do you have access to the email on your account? If so, try resetting the password on your account at www.origin.com.
