So I think it has something to do with the MAC address of the PS4. You have 2 MACs, one for wired connection and one for wifi. When I'm hard wired to my router I get error 327 when trying to join a game. When I use wifi I can actually join and will only get error 327 once I quit a game which isn't a big deal. So there's my fix, I hope it works for someone else.
