Battlefront II and Battlefield 1 purchased but wont play after play subscription

I brought Battlefront II in May 2020 and Battlefield I with premium pass in November 2017 - I can't, however, install, or play either of them.  For both the play button was greyed out - I have tried...

What about for European clients? Your only choice for support is US or Canada...

Hey @TK-47777,

That is not true. You can change the country at the top right corner of the website.



However, it is possible that not all support options are available for every country or region.
