Battlefront II Lost Items and Progress

I had played battlefront 2 for years, deleted it, then redownloaded it a day ago. I've now found out that I have lost all of my skins, victory poses, voice lines, and star cards for my heroes, despite retaining levels for most of them. I have also lost star cards for all of my soldiers and special units but retained their skins and emotes and levels. And I had level 90 something with Dooku, all of my stuff lost on him but I still had the levels, I played him once and his level 90 got reset to level 2, the same thing happened with the heavy class so I'm slowly getting what little I have left erased. I changed the email on my ea account a year ago and it had a similar effect on my apex account, so that's probably something to do with it. Ik only EA support itself can really do anything about this but I wanna know if any of yall have similar problems.
