UPDATE: I can play arcade with medium-high settings.

I understand your question and I am intrigued by an answer. Not just for this game, but for many others.
I start a download and I'm told I can play while I wait for the whole download. It's always intrigued me what I am able to play on 10-20% download. 🤔
