Battlefront II won't launch + Invalid License Error Code

Hello,

I wanted to play some battlefront II after quite some time, however the game won't launch. Not through steam, but also not through the EA Play App. I have tried everything that has been mentioned in different forums and support websites. When trying to launch  the game through either steam, EA Play or FrostyModManager the game simply will not start and instead give the following error code "Invalid License. Reason Code= Invalid Cipher (0x0006)" (see attached image). Does anyone know how to fix this issue??
