All XP multiplier days and instant respawn for me (latter especially on Co-Op cough 8 second spawn timer)

@FearfulWarpII Yeah that 8 sec timer for Co-Op is horrible and pointless. Luckily there's the Monday event. It's a shame BFII couldn't have had the rest of the year for just balance support to help tidy up the game. 5 seconds should be the max timer for any mode.
