Black screen on startup

I've tried almost everything. I've logged into a new account, I've logged into an account through epic, updated drivers, launched in admin mode, launched in compatibility mode for every version of windows, closed all other applications, reinstalled the game multiple times, reinstalled EA play, and my game continues to launch directly into a black screen window. I can click it and it will fullscreen a black screen, and it will not change, no matter how long I keep it open. I'm well above the system specs and I'm sure I'm using my graphics card. This is the only game this happens with.
