It never came to me how this feels wrong, but I'm so used to how this plays that I fear if they change it.
Bossk's Microgrenades can deal up to 80 damage, and they deal damage based on how far the target is from the point of explosion, just like with any explosives in this game. Han's shots to the body also deal up to 80 damage, which depends on how close you're from the enemy. If you're within the close range, it'll deal 80 damage. If you go over the close range it'll start to decrease the damage output, until you reach maximum range where it'll deal minimum damage no matter how further away you go.
However Han can Headshot you, which brings his maximum damage to 152, 1.9 times the normal damage. And Han can shoot faster then Bossk's grenade launcher does. So yeah, in a 1v1 at close range, Han melts Bossk if he tries to use microgrenades.
Unfortunately this isn't a BUG, just a matter of game design. Head over to the main forum as there is a better place to voice opinions. Here only BUGs get some attention.
