Blurrg-1120 Shows "MODS EQUIPPED 1/2" when I have NO mods selected

Summarize your bug When I want to play as the officer and customize the BLURRG-1120, the screen shows "MODS EQUIPPED 1/2" - that is one mod is selected, when I have NO MODS selected (see attached picture). When I try to select mods, I can only select 1.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Around 8pm.
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First I would check any game with an officer that has the BLURRG-1120, and at least 2 mods. It happens in every game mode that I play, and even when I just go to collections and go to customize the officer. If you don't see this issue, it might be something specific to my account. I believe I was awarded the BLURRG-1120 as part of the deluxe edition that I purchased, but I can't remember for sure ....
What happens when the bug occurs? see the summary of the bug above - I can only select one mod for my BLURRG-1120.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to select 2 separate mods for the BLURRG-1120
