Blurry font on WQHD display

Summarize your bug I have an WQHD (no scaling in Windows applied) screen and the font of the Game (every UI element) looks blurry. I've already turned on the 4K UI Quality Mode and played around with the UI scale slider, but could not see a difference.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect the Game to an WQHD monitor. Look at the UI elements (game start-up, HUD, main menu, subtitles, basically everything where text is rendered)
What happens when the bug occurs? The font of the displayed text looks blurry.
What do you expect to see? Clean and crisp looking font. Basically the same when connecting the Game to an FHD monitor.

Note: I had to pick a game mode, but the bug applies to all game modes and to all menu's like the main menu. Even the text on game start-up is affected by this.
