Boba Fett jetpack/for the hunt not working

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug With the change to how Boba Fett's 'For the hunt' ability works rather than filling your jetpack bar it now locks it and lets you have unlimited flight. If you activate 'For the hunt' with an empty jetpack bar however, rather than giving you unlimited flight you actually completely disable the jetpack for the duration as you are allowed no fuel refill, and can't fly if you have no fuel despite meaning to have unlimited fuel.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as Boba Fett. Use your jetpack fuel all up. Activate 'For the hunt'. Attempt to use the jetpack.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't use the jetpack for the duration of 'For the hunt'
What do you expect to see? Unlimited flight while 'For the hunt' is active.
