Well it says it disables enemy weapons but it does disable your own gun and seem to affect allied troops as well.
I have not tested if it's just the graphical effect on allies or it disables their guns as well, in that situation this might be the greatest troll ability until they fix it and I'm saying...
they better get fixin' it.
