Some how it got fixed. However, it's back now.
When I say enemies can see the outline, I mean the other player. Even though they are on the other team.
This is an issue with Arcade Splitscreen forever. The instances you might have not seen it are probably bugs. These markers oftenly bug out both in Arcade and Multiplayer alike, one famous example is the yellow outline on allies after using the Officer's Command ability which should always appear on affected allies after the use of the skill but frequently bugs and shows nothing.
Most effects are shared between players in Splitscreen, but some aren't. What makes devs decide which ones do and which ones don't is beyond me, none should be shared.
But expecting Arcade Love is naive. Devs rarely ever go fix arcade issues. Maybe one day. Maybe if you get a lot of attention to this issue they'll have to fix it.
Aside from that there's nothing I can do to help move up this issue in their priority list
Yeah, I know. It's sad that it doesn't get more attention. I still report the bugs anyway. Incase, maybe, it will be seen.
