Yep, I can confirm this BUG has already happened to me before. The first time it was more then a year ago. We probably have an older report about this issue around here.
This footage is from August 2018, almost a year ago. You can see that the old squad system and the score multiplier are there in the screen, and these have been removed for a long time now. And you can see I use dioxis to heal, but get 0 healing effect, the dioxis grenade bumps off the wall and stays spinning just like with @Szaby59's footage. No dioxis smokes comes out of it, and I don't heal. Of course I died because of this BUG.
I don't use bossk oftenly,but I'll test OP's method to trigger this too and come here with the results on my end.
