BSOD on RTX 3070 Also DX12 is Broken

Hey my main topic is about this game BSOD'ing my PC.  I just got an RTX 3070 and when it initially launches it goes through multiple BSOD's before finally loading.  The first BSOD said attempted execute of no execute memory.  This is not a problem for any of my other games.  It also did not happen when using my GTX 1080 Ti.  Another important detail was that it happened under DX12.  Lastly other BSOD said IRQL not less or equal.

All my drivers are completely up to date.  And no my RAM is not corrupted.  I just ran a memtest for 8 hours yesterday trying to figure it out.  None of this happened on my 1080 Ti and DX12 works just fine on my old card.

Another issue I wanted to mention was that DX12 is 100% broken on the RTX 3070.  I'm only able to get about 20-50 FPS at 1080p.  The settings don't matter at all either.  Switching to DX11 fixes this issue and caused me two BSOD's while starting up.

    DX12 is not just broken for the RTX 3070. It's been problematic since the get-go.

    As far as your crashing problems...

    If it was working fine with your GTX 1080 Ti and is not with the RTX 3070, it's obviously something with the new card. I'm not sure you'll get EA to say whether the game supports the RTX 3070. Afterall, that card came out after EA stopped providing updates. You would hope the RTX is backwards compatible, but may not be.

    Since you have the most recent graphics driver, you may want to try rolling back a couple versions to see if that helps.

    Tried rolling back and it didn't help sadly.  Still getting more BSOD's relating to bad drivers.  It sucks because this is the only game it can't do.  I can run a stress benchmark for hours without issues.  I can also play literally any game without issues for hours.  BF2 for 30 minutes is the exception.  DX11 runs fine it's just I keep getting BSOD's.  

    Everything you can imagine is also up to date.  I mean EVERYTHING.  BIOS is also accounted for in that.  I'm not even worried about it being my GPU because it's only this game.  Anyways I'll keep searching to see if I can fix it.
