Bug: Darth Vader Force Choke movement broken

I've also seen a change in the force choke. This is probably done to counter the force choke bug that has been in the game since launch. They weren't able to fix it (so it seems) and thus they removed the ability to move players when force choking.

I wish to test this further and see if it actually did work. Just as a side note, before the update the amount you could move the players was really short and was almost never used in my experience. I am fine with this change if it fixed the bug.
