Battlefront II – Error 475, no ban, account hacked and blocked since August 2024

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for help regarding an issue with Star Wars Battlefront II online access.

I am unable to play online and always get error code 475. I have never received any ban notification, temporary or permanent.

My EA account was hacked in August 2024. I contacted EA Support to recover it, and during that process my account seems to have been security-blocked. Despite multiple support cases since then, the problem has not been resolved.

We are now January 2026, more than a year later, and online access is still unavailable.

Additional information that may be relevant:

• My EA account is linked to Epic Games
• I received Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition through the Epic Games free giveaway in January 2021

I would like to know:

• if my account is still restricted or blocked,
• what error code 475 exactly means in my case,
• and how I can get my online access restored.

Any help or guidance from the community or EA staff would be greatly appreciated.
