Bug: Error 2396 when returning to main menu from Arcade match while offline

GeneralSummarize your bug Every time I return to main menu after an Arcade match while being OFFLINE, error 2396 pops up and reads: "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again. Error code: 2,396". Issue is probably with game trying to communicate with the server despite the fact that player/console is offline. Important thing to note is that there is no error when returning to the main menu while playing ONLINE, and this error doesn't trigger if the player leaves match without completing it first (by either winning or losing it).What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? killer9mmHow often does the bug occur? You can see me starting a match while being offline, completing a match with defeat, and then returning to the main menu where Error 2396 pops up. @EA_Ataashi I hope you guys will take a look at this, it is really easy to reproduce by following the steps I have listed in the this Bug report 🙂

@EA_Ataashi I tried to replicate this bug on a second PS4 and the same thing happens, I tried physical/digital version so the cause of the issue is not my copy of the game or save data/console. QA team just needs to finish a match of Arcade and return to main menu while being offline, they will notice the issue right away 🙂

I'm not really sure if this issue is caused by Darth Tyranus or the last months December update, but I presume it is the most recent one.

I noticed this issue to, it's a bit annoying to see this error code every time I return to the menu if I play offline. Happening on PS4 for me, not a big deal but let's hope they fix it.

This issue still persists after the latest patch. It happens only when completing a match and returning to the main menu while playing offline, error code message can be closed but it should not be happening.

Error 2396 still appears upon a return to the main menu after completing Arcade match while being offline. It is evident that the game tries to contact servers for Credits calculation even though there is no internet connection, and then displays the error when it obviously fails to contact the servers.
